Mechanical Divisional Manager position in New Orleans, LA
Responsibilities:
- Build and strengthen current relationships with Owners, GC’s and Sub’s
- Increase revenue and improve profitability
- Manage PM’s Estimators, Operations, and other departments
Requirements:
- 5+ years managing office with proven successful track-record
- Extensive Mechanical (HVAC/Plumbing) knowledge
- Operations, Sales, and Management experience
- Stable work-history
- Local in LA or can easily relocate
- Strong references
