Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of console, Switch & server products.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with ID, Hardware, and Thermal teams to deliver high-quality
    products.
  • Analyze requirements, design architecture, and verify system integration.
  • Resolve issues during engineering construction or assembly processes and drive yield
    improvements.
  • Create a BOM, write technical documents, and execute the product approval process.

Requirement

  • 8+ years of server/switch mechanical design experience.
  • Expressed interest in mechanical engineering in the networking industry
  • Exhibit the ability to think outside the box and challenge traditional paradigms
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn new things
  • Strong ownership, growth mindset, and ability to thrive in ambiguity.
  • Good root-cause analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Great communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional team members and suppliers

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in server product design is preferred.
  • Familiarity with SolidWorks CAD software is preferred.
  • Knowledge of sheet metal stamping and plastic injection is preferred.
  • 3+ years of team lead experience is preferred.
  • Leadership in cross-functional or large-scale projects.
