Mechanical Project Manager position in Memphis, TN
Responsibilities:
- Manage schedule, budget, change-orders
- Review and ensure accuracy for estimates for upcoming projects
- Meet with suppliers and sub-contractors
- Attend BIM Coordination meetings with GC’s and Owners
Requirements:
- 3+ years of HVAC/Plumbing Project Management experience
- Extensive Mechanical (HVAC/Plumbing) knowledge
- Large project experience
- Familiar with TN Plumbing/HVAC Building Codes
- Stable work-history
- Local or can easily relocate
- Strong references
