Mechanical Project Manager (MNC / Central)

Job Responsibilities

• Manage ACMV projects from planning to completion, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule targets are met.
• Lead engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and site teams to deliver projects safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate project documentation, submissions, claims, variation orders, and stakeholder communications.
• Oversee testing & commissioning, system handover, as-built drawings, and defect liability activities.

Job Requirements

• At least a diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 10 years of hands-on ACMV installation and project management experience with an M&E subcontractor.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office with good knowledge of ACMV codes and standards.
