Member of Technical Staff

You will apply cutting-edge AI research to financial technology, implement research papers as scalable production code, contribute to Generative AI and large language model initiatives, shape AI strategy, solve cross-team engineering challenges, mentor colleagues, and engage with the broader AI community.

Responsibilities

• Drive the execution of AI strategy
• Apply Generative AI and other AI methodologies in finance
• Implement research papers into production-ready code
• Contribute to AI strategy and safe innovation
• Solve technical challenges across engineering teams
• Mentor colleagues and share engineering practices
• Pair with engineering teams on technical problems
• Engage with the AI research community

Requirements

• Strong understanding of Generative AI
• Strong understanding of large language models
• Awareness of current AI research advancements
• Experience writing clean, efficient, scalable production code
• Experience implementing AI research papers in production
• Ability to solve complex cross-team problems
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly
• Experience with relationship building, negotiation, and conflict resolution
