We are currently hiring BIM Specialists focused on Mechanical, HVAC, and Plumbing trades to support multiple Business Units.

The deal

You’ll start working with us in a vendor-based model, If you perform well → you’ll have the opportunity to transition into a staff position at ENG.

This is a full-time opportunity, so full-time availability is required.

You’ll also need to have your own computer/laptop to work with.

Simple as that.

You’re a fit if you have

Solid understanding of:

• HVAC systems (ductwork, sheet metal, hydronic & refrigerant piping)

• Plumbing systems (domestic water, sanitary, vent)

• Equipment layouts

Proven experience with:

• Revit (LOD 350 - 400) for HVAC and/or Plumbing modeling

• Sheet Metal modeling workflows

• Fabrication Parts (Fab Parts)

• Experience using Navisworks for coordination and clash detection

• 2–3+ years of experience in BIM, construction, or mechanical/plumbing environments

• Immediate availability to start (very important)

• Advanced English (spoken and written) — must be able to communicate fluently with international teams.

⚠️ Candidates without this level will not be considered.

Bonus points

• Knowledge of NEC standards
• U.S. project experience
