Job Description
Drive process improvement and digital transformation initiatives by identifying automation opportunities, developing solutions, and optimizing operational processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and control effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze existing operational processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and manual activities.
- Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using RPA, workflow tools, scripting, and other technology platforms.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend process improvement initiatives.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance automation scripts, applications, and digital solutions.
- Conduct process mapping, root cause analysis, and gap assessments to support transformation initiatives.
- Monitor automation performance and implement continuous improvements to maximize benefits and operational stability.
- Prepare business cases, project plans, documentation, testing, and deployment activities for automation projects.
- Ensure solutions comply with governance, risk, security, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide user support, training, and knowledge transfer for implemented solutions.
- Track and report project progress, benefits realization, and productivity gains.
