Mid Machine Learning Engineer - LLM
- Design, develop, and deploy innovative applications using advanced LLMs
- Integrate LLMs into existing software architectures and optimize for performance
- Collaborate with the founding team to ensure seamless integration of LLM technologies
- Conduct research and experimentation with LLM-retrieval pipelines
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in LLMs and AI research
- Explore frameworks such as LangChain and similar tools to advance AI solutions
- Build and maintain evaluation systems/datasets that ensure response quality and performance
- 3+ years of Machine Learning Engineer experience
- Experience training, fine-tuning, and testing ML/AI
- Experience building applications with LLMs from entities like OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.
- Deep knowledge and practical experience with vector databases and retrieval pipelines
- Experience with AI tools such as LangChain
- Experience with evaluation libraries such as Ragas, Weights & Biases, Langsmith, etc.
- Strong proficiency in Python
- Familiarity with AI/ML libraries
- Startup experience
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a team-first attitude
- Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field
- Typescript and Node.js experience
- Hands-on experience with BULL
- Involvement or contributions to open-source AI/ML projects
