Mid/Senior Full-stack Engineer
- Design, build, and maintain modern full-stack web-focused software
- Collaborate closely with product management to develop software solutions that meet customer needs, ensuring they are secure, high-performance, and maintainable
- Identify and advocate for code optimization and technical debt reduction, focusing on scalability, reliability, and security
- Recommend technologies aligned with our product features and use cases
- Mentor and support other members of the engineering team
- Promote agile/scrum development practices based on previous experience
- +4 years of software development experience
- Proficiency with web applications
- Proficiency with Ruby on Rails
- Proficiency with React
- Proficiency with TypeScript
- Experience with Elm, Git, MariaDB, and PostgreSQL
- Expertise in test-driven development (TDD), unit testing, and automated testing frameworks
- Proficiency in Scrum/Agile methodologies
- Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English
- Startup experience
- Experience with modern AI tools or frameworks in a production environment
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
