About Farsight Vision
Farsight Vision is a Ukrainian-Estonian MilTech company developing innovative technology for real-time analysis of UAV video. Our system transforms ordinary aerial footage into digital 2D and 3D terrain models, enabling detailed situational information even when precise geographic coordinates are unavailable.
We are looking for a Project Manager to coordinate the FSV Platform team within our military-tech product. This is a hands-on role for someone who is comfortable working closely with an engineering team, keeping delivery on track, and bringing structure and visibility to the development process.
Responsibilities
Keep the team's tasks organised and ensure priorities and statuses stay clear
Push delivery forward and follow up on commitments, deadlines, and next steps
Coordinate the FSV Platform team and keep everyone aligned on current priorities
Track dependencies, blockers, and risks before they impact delivery
Maintain transparent and up-to-date development status
Organise regular syncs, follow-ups, and other team coordination activities
Manage the Jira backlog and ensure tasks remain relevant and actionable
Coordinate communication between development, QA, product, and delivery teams
Support task decomposition and help turn larger initiatives into clear, actionable work
Ensure tasks have up-to-date descriptions and clear acceptance criteria
Escalate risks and delivery issues early, before they become blockers
Work closely with the Engineering team and Delivery Manager to keep execution moving
Requirements
2+ years of Project Management experience in product-focused software teams
Experience working with mobile or technical teams
Experience working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
Strong organisational and coordination skills
Strong ownership mindset and willingness to take responsibility for delivery
Ability to manage multiple streams of work simultaneously without losing track of priorities
Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence
Ability to work closely with engineers and understand technical discussions
Strong communication skills and the ability to keep a team focused without creating unnecessary bureaucracy
Nice to have
Web development experience
Experience in gaming, military tech, or startup environments
Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Experience working with hardware-related products
