We are looking for Senior Backend Engineers (Java/Kotlin/Spring).
Your daily task:
- Develop Java (Kotlin) Backend part of various NAVER Services like Academic Info, Blog, Commerce, Dictionary, Naver Care, NAVER Cloud, Security, Weverse etc.
- Participating in code reviews and architecture design
- Proactive, can-do attitude and strong commitment
Your background:
- 4+ years of work experience on Backend systems with Java(Kotlin) applications to serve large-scale and high traffic projects
- Have +3 years of experience in Java(Kotlin, Spring Framework)
- Experience or strong knowledge of MSA and k8s
- Experience or strong knowledge one of databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB,...
- Experience in Message Queue like Kafka
- Understanding & experience in Data structure, Algorithm, Distributed Service, OOP
- Open-minded, honest and have a positive attitude towards people
- Good at communication skills in general and English skills in particular
- Need ability of managing job-schedule and leading members
It's a big plus if you:
- Have experience in DevOps and CI/CD
- Experience in a leadership role will be a big plus
- Have experience with distributed systems (e.g. HBase, Vitese, etc.)
- Have experience in Server Architecture Design for handling massive traffic
- Proficiency in the Korean language is preferred
