Middleware & Platform Support Engineer

Epergne Solutions is seeking a skilled Middleware Engineer to design, implement, and support enterprise middleware platforms that enable secure and reliable integration between applications, databases, and external systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in application integration, middleware technologies, system administration, and production support.

Key Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Middleware Administration, Integration, or Platform Support.
• Experience with middleware technologies such as IBM WebSphere, WebLogic, JBoss, Apache Tomcat, MQ, Kafka, MuleSoft, or TIBCO.
• Strong understanding of application integration, messaging systems, APIs, and service-oriented architecture (SOA).
• Experience in deployment, configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of middleware platforms.
• Knowledge of Linux/Unix, scripting (Shell/Python), and automation tools.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines is an advantage.
• Experience with incident management, root cause analysis, and production support.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
