MIS & Reporting Analyst

Qualifications:

Bachelors in Computer Science / IT / Data Analytics / Engineering.

Have 5 years experience in data reporting or project analytics.

Proficient in Power BI, Excel, and data automation tools.

Strong in SQL, system configuration, and data backup.

Responsibilities:

Manage ERP access and ensure accurate data input by all project teams.

Develop and maintain management dashboards (Power BI / Excel).

Consolidate progress, cost, and invoice data from all projects.

Automate reporting templates and S-curve updates.

Ensure server, file storage, and backups are maintained.

Prepare weekly and monthly performance dashboards for CEO.

Highlight deviations and risks through KPI visualization.

Troubleshoot system and network issues affecting MIS tools.
