About the Role
Adidev Technologies Inc. is actively hiring Entry-Level and Mid-Level iOS and Android Developers with 1–2 years of hands-on experience. We are looking for passionate mobile developers who are eager to build innovative applications and work with Fortune 500 clients on exciting long-term projects.

What You'll Do
- Design, develop, enhance, and maintain native mobile applications.
- Debug and optimize large-scale enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, QA, and backend developers.
- Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following industry best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Deliver high-quality solutions in an Agile development environment.
Android Developer Requirements
Required Skills
- 1–2 years of experience with Java and Kotlin
- Experience developing and publishing at least one application on the Google Play Store
- Strong understanding of the Android SDK and different Android versions
- Experience with RESTful APIs and backend integration
- Knowledge of offline storage, multithreading, and performance optimization
- Familiarity with Git and version control systems
- Understanding of Android UI guidelines and responsive layouts
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Required Experience
- Java – 1–2 Years
- Kotlin – 1–2 Years
- Android SDK
- Google Play Store Deployment
iOS Developer Requirements
Required Skills
- 1–2 years of experience with Swift and Objective-C
- Strong knowledge of iOS SDK and Cocoa Touch
- Experience with Core Data, Core Animation, and Apple frameworks
- Understanding of MVC and other design patterns
- Experience integrating RESTful APIs and third-party SDKs
- Knowledge of Push Notifications, Bluetooth, Keychain, and Cloud Messaging
- Experience with offline storage, multithreading, and performance optimization
- Familiarity with Git or other version control tools
- Understanding of Apple's Human Interface Guidelines
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Employment Type

Compensation
- W2 Salary: $60,000 – $85,000 annually
- 1099 Contract: $30–$40/hour
Compensation is based on experience, technical skills, and overall qualifications.
