Mobile Engineering Lead
experience in mobile development, especially Android must be more than 5 years.
• involved in at least developing 3 mobile applications, and it's better that the involvement is not just maintaining application but developing major functionalities.• strong knowledge on native Android development, native iOS is a plus.
• having a good communication skill, especially in teaching/guiding technical stuff
• having a leadership experience is expected, and in term of leading it should be in defining how an application should be built, instead of monitoring the work of junior developers
• Eager to explore/learn new things.
• would be good if the candidate is actively involve in developer community (not just as silent reader) such as sharing, active in technical discussion, or involve in open source project.
