Position Details;
Role: Mobile Fleet Coordinator
Location: Mayfield Cork
Schedule: Monday - Friday (Weekend Availability)
Role
Type: Onsite based position
Responsibilities;
- Overall coordination of deployed mobile vehicles
- Vehicle maintenance monitoring and scheduling
- Vehicle compliance
- Coordination of vehicle fleet leases
- Conducting process and quality checks on mobile operational procedures
- Ensuring vehicles have the correct equipment
- Support branch management
Requirements
Role Requirements;
- Proven
experience in coordination / administrative duties
- Excellent
written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability
to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Full
clean driving licence (Manual Vehicle)
- Proficient
in Google suite’s and other relevant
software.
General Requirements;
- Ability
to conduct a full-time onsite role
