Mobile Service Technician at Eide Chrysler St. Cloud performing simple recalls and minor maintenance repairs on customer vehicles both in-shop and at remote locations. Job Summary:
Eide Chrysler St Cloud is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Mobile Service Technician to join our team in St. Cloud, Minnesota. If you are a service technician that likes to think outside the box, this is the job for you. If you are a service technician that is tired of working on all the big, long stressful jobs in the shop, this is also the job for you. We are only completing simple recalls and minor maintenance repairs with this mobile setup, in other words "The Gravy Work". This is a full-time position, offering a competitive base salary plus commission. This individual will be responsible for providing top quality service to our customers by performing vehicle repairs and maintenance services both in our shop and at remote locations. Responsibilities:
• Perform vehicle repairs and maintenance services at the dealership and remote locations
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues with various makes and models of vehicles
• Inform customers of vehicle issues and recommended repairs in a clear and professional manner
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a high level of satisfaction
• Communicate effectively with team members and managers to ensure timely completion of repairs
• Meet productivity and efficiency goals set by the dealership
• Accurately complete repair orders and documentation
• Ensure all safety and quality standards are met
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in automotive repair and maintenance
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
