In this role, you will travel to customers’ locations to perform maintenance, repair services and Ford factory recalls on vehicles, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance, repairs and factory recalls on vehicles at customer locations.
- Recommend appropriate maintenance items.
- Keep accurate records of services performed and parts used.
- Maintain and organize tools and service on company provided vehicles.
- Communicate professionally with customers to explain repairs and answer questions.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an automotive technician or similar role.
- Basic mechanical skills and knowledge of maintenance items on vehicles.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and clear criminal record. (Will be required to perform a background check.)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Flexibility to travel to various locations within Farmington area.
