Mobile Unit Driver / Talent Engagement Specialist (925658)
- Deliver WIOA Basic and Individualized Career Services
- Assist job seekers with job search, resumes, application, and career planning
- Coordinate mobile unit schedule, locations, and logistics across six counties
- Build partnerships with community organizations, employers, and education providers
- Conduct outreach to underserved and priority populations
- Support employer engagement, recruitment, and hiring events
- Ensure accurate data entry, reporting, and WIOA compliance
- Operate and coordinate operation of the mobile unit
- Maintaining and clean the mobile unit
- Valid drivers's license with clean driving record
- Ability to travel extensively across a multi-county region
- Preferred experience in workforce development, case management, or human services
- Strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills
