Motion Designer / Animator

You will create high-impact 2D and motion animations for game marketing campaigns across digital and social channels. You will manage animation iterations, incorporate feedback and performance data, integrate AI tools into your workflow, develop motion design skills, and collaborate with creative and user-acquisition teams.

Responsibilities

• Create polished motion assets and animations for game marketing campaigns
• Align animations with brand guidelines
• Manage the animation iteration process from end to end
• Incorporate creative feedback and performance data
• Integrate AI generation and AI-assisted tools into the animation workflow
• Research industry benchmarks and emerging animation trends
• Communicate with creative directors and user-acquisition managers
• Clarify campaign objectives and feedback

Requirements

• 3+ years of Motion Design or Animation experience
• Experience creating marketing assets, user-acquisition video ads, or social media creatives
• Experience using AI tools such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway, Sora, or Photoshop AI
• Expertise in Adobe After Effects
• Understanding of animation principles including timing, ease, and weight
• Ability to handle fast iteration cycles and constructive feedback
• Good written and verbal English communication skills
• A portfolio or showreel demonstrating marketing-oriented motion design and AI usage
• Premiere Pro experience is a plus
• Photoshop knowledge is a plus
• Experience with mobile gaming or social games is a plus
• Skills in Spine 2D, Unity 2D, Blender, or Cinema4D are a plus
• Knowledge of storyboarding and cinematic pacing is a plus
