.NET Developer
Salary: ASAP start
You will analyse and complete tasks assigned through Azure DevOps and ServiceNow, investigate production issues and deliver tested software fixes and enhancements.
The role combines hands-on .NET development with production support, root cause analysis, database development, CI/CD pipeline support, documentation and deployment management across on-premises and Azure environments.
Key requirements:
- Maintain and enhance corporate enterprise applications.
- Develop solutions using C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC and Web API.
- Provide adaptive, corrective and perfective application maintenance.
- Analyse defects and deliver tested software resolutions.
- Develop quick enhancements in response to operational requirements.
- Write clean, efficient and maintainable application code.
- Ensure appropriate code quality and test coverage.
- Participate in code reviews and quality assurance activities.
- Debug and resolve complex application issues.
- Contribute to system and application maintenance plans.
Experience required:
- Commercial .NET development experience ideally within an enteprise customer environment.
- Strong proficiency in C# and Microsoft .NET technologies.
- Experience with .NET Core.
- Experience with ASP.NET MVC.
- Experience developing and maintaining Web APIs.
- Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server or Azure SQL.
- Experience writing optimised queries and stored procedures.
- Understanding of relational data models.
