About the Role

We are looking for a .NET Developer (Umbraco) with strong Umbraco experience to join our development team. You’ll work on modernising client websites, building custom web applications, and enhancing digital customer experiences using .NET technologies, Umbraco CMS, and standard web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys full-cycle web development — from backend logic and CMS customisation to front-end implementation and optimisation.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain web applications using .NET and C#
  • Build and customise solutions within Umbraco CMS
  • Create responsive, user-friendly front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Integrate APIs and work with SQL databases where needed
  • Collaborate with designers, product teams, and stakeholders to refine requirements and implement features
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement
  • Contribute to overall performance, maintainability, and best practices in the codebase

Requirements

  • 3+ years .NET development experience – Building web applications, APIs, or CMS-driven solutions
  • 3+ years working with Umbraco CMS – Implementing components, content models, templates, and custom functionality
  • Strong backend development with C#
  • Solid front-end skills using HTML, CSS, JavaScript/jQuery
  • Experience working with SQL and relational databases
  • Good understanding of modern web development practices (MVC, reusable components, structured code)

Nice to Have

  • Experience with other CMS platforms (Sitecore, EPiServer, SharePoint)
  • Familiarity with conversion optimisation, UX improvements, or performance tuning
  • Experience delivering training or guiding non-technical CMS users

Benefits

  • Fixed Shifts: 12:00 PM - 9:30 PM IST (Summer) | 1:00 PM - 10:30 PM IST (Winter)
  • No Weekend Work: Real work-life balance, not just words
  • Day 1 Benefits: Laptop and full medical insurance provided
  • Support That Matters: Mentorship, community, and forums where ideas are shared
  • True Belonging: A long-term career where your contributions are valued
