. NET, SQL, and UX technologies (GC--USC)

Job Description:-

• At least 2 years of experience in .NET, SQL, and UX technologies

• At least 2 years’ experience in working with Azure environment

• Hands on experience on technical application support using MS technologies.

1. Trouble shooting and debugging the issues.

1. Getting on sessions with users and walking through steps

• Hands on experience on Monitoring and responding to alerts:

1. SQL Server monitoring.

1. Web server monitoring.

1. Platform monitoring.

1. Transaction Monitoring.

1. Web Servers monitoring (Azure experience preferred)

1. Windows server health monitoring

1. Patch Compliance

1. Attending to alerts

• Experience on Problem Management.

• Experience on reporting, Analytics, Live Site Focus. Tracking SLAs

• Hands on experience on ticketing system like Service NOW

• Experience in Automation experience and power shell scripting

• Good communication skills

• Basic project management knowledge\experience and trend analysis

Basic Qualifications :-

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

• At least 4 years of experience within the Information Technologies.
