NETWORK ADMINISTRATOR (FT/OKC) Safety Sensitive - Driving
This position is 100% on site at our Oklahoma City, OK location.
EXAMPLES OF WORKED PERFORMED:
- Perform various network administration tasks such as: install, configure, and maintain computer networks, hardware, and software
- Monitor and maintain network security, ensuring that the network is protected from unauthorized access
- Troubleshoot and resolve network issues and provide support to end-users
- Implement and maintain network policies and procedures
- Maintain network documentation and diagrams
- Perform regular backups and disaster recovery planning
- Collaborate with IT team members to ensure that the network is meeting the needs of the company
- Stay current with technologies in network administration
- Perform any other duties as directed by management

EMPLOYMENT STANDARDS: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or Information Technology, or a related field preferred; CompTIA Network+ or Cisco CCNA-R&S certifications preferred; strong knowledge of networking concepts and protocols, such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and routing; familiarity with network security, firewalls, and VPNs; experience with network monitoring tools, such as Wireshark and Zabbix; ability to demonstrate problem-solving and trouble shooting skills; ability to work effectively in a team environment and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations or 1 chargeable accident within the last three years. Knowledge of employment, safety, and merchandise handling procedures.
PHYSICAL ACTIVITY REQUIREMENTS: To successfully perform the essential functions of the job, an employee must be able to perform the following: Stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pulling, talking, hearing/listening and repetitive motion.
Heavy Work: Lifting up to 20 lbs occasionally.
