Network Engineer (DC)

Job Responsibilities

• Project Delivery & Support.

Responsible for the delivery, testing, and value-added technical service support of lCT projects

• Project Management Support

Project delivery, including early-stage network planning, implementation, and post-deployment operation and maintenance.

• Technical Support & Training

Provide remote and on-site support for clients and partners, including technical troubleshooting and professional training.

• Customer Relationship Management

Engage and maintain relationships with key clients, coordinate resources, and ensure customer service satisfaction.

Job Requirements

• Familiar with H3C or other mainstream networking products and technologies, including but not limited to: Routing & Switching, Security, Wireless, SDN, Servers, Storage, Cloud Computing, etc.

• Good in communication skills.

• Holding one or more of the following certificates is preferred: H3CNE / CCNP /HPE

• Experience in SDN and cloud-network integration projects is a strong advantage.
