Network Engineer

Job Summary

The Network Engineer will support day-to-day network and firewall operations, contributing to the stability and efficiency of IT infrastructure. The role involves close coordination with internal teams and external parties and offers opportunities to build practical experience in a structured enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

Network and Firewall Support:

• Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network and firewall hardware and software.
• Monitor network and firewall performance, troubleshoot issues, and support resolution of outages.
• Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and patching on network infrastructure.
• Support LAN/WAN operations and ensure consistent connectivity across sites.
• Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, changes, and standard procedures.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors or stakeholders.
• Track and maintain inventory of network and firewall-related assets under the Network Team.
