Network Security Engineer

Install, configure, and troubleshoot FortiGate and CheckPoint firewall solutions.
Provide onsite and remote technical support to customers.
Diagnose and resolve network connectivity, security, and firewall-related issues.
Perform implementation, configuration changes, upgrades, and routine maintenance of network security devices.
Coordinate with customers to understand technical requirements and ensure timely issue resolution.
Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, incidents, and implementation activities.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality customer support and project execution.
Good hands-on experience with FortiGate or Check Point firewall technologies.
Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, VPNs, and firewall concepts.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
Relevant Fortinet or Check Point certifications are an added advantage.
Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
CCNA Certification is mandatory.
Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Proficiency in Malayalam is mandatory for effective customer interactions.
Willingness to travel for onsite support and implementation activities.
