Network Security Infrastructure Lead

Total Experience Expected: 06-09 years
Shift: - UK Shift (12:00 PM to 9:00 PM)
Location: Noida

Key Responsibilities:

• Hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki Switching, Wireless, and SD-WAN solutions.
• Provide L2/L3 network support for enterprise environments.
• Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, routing, switching, and VPN infrastructures.
• 3-6 years of hands-on experience in enterprise networking and network security.
• Hands-on experience with Palo Alto, Fortinet FortiGate, or Juniper security solutions.
• Execute network changes, upgrades, migrations, and implementations.
• Perform incident resolution, root cause analysis, and preventive actions.
• Monitor network performance and ensure SLA compliance.
• Collaborate with Service Delivery, Security, Project, and Automation teams.
• Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles.
• Coordinate with OEM/vendor support for complex issues.
• Participate in on-call support and planned maintenance activities.
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, or a related engineering discipline.

Preferred Certifications

1. CCNA (Mandatory/Preferred)
2. Cisco Meraki ECMS1/CMNA (Preferred)
3. NSE 4 / Fortinet Certified Associate (Preferred)
4. Palo Alto PCCET or PCNSA (Preferred)
