Responsibilities
- Plan and promote consumer-facing and business-facing services led by PayPay
- Design and build service models using knowledge of the Payment Services Act, prepaid payment instruments, payment agency, remittance agency, and emerging technologies
- Coordinate collaboration with group banks
- Define business requirements and handle contract administration
- Manage cross-functional projects with legal, compliance, risk management, engineering, and operations stakeholders
- Plan and build service improvements for growth
Requirements
- Experience in business development, service planning, project management, or business and sales promotion
- Practical experience with fund transfer, prepaid payment instrument, wallet, or credit card issuing services
- Experience working in a fast-moving organization such as a startup, venture company, or consulting firm
- Communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Strength in problem solving, resilience and speed, communication, cross-functional execution, or project management
- Strong interest in emerging technologies is preferred
- Experience launching a new business is preferred
- Knowledge of laws and regulations related to payment and financial businesses is preferred
- Business English ability, with TOEIC score of 800 or higher, is preferred
