Night Manager
This position plays an important role in ensuring the Hotel runs smoothly throughout the night. The Night Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily reconciliation of the Hotel’s trading, preparing and reviewing reports and statistical information, and ensuring all activities are completed in line with service standards and auditing procedures.
As a key member of the Hotel’s leadership team. You’ll take the lead in ensuring the overnight operation runs smoothly and efficiently, creating a welcoming experience for our guests while maintaining the safety, security and overall wellbeing of the Hotel.
Minimum 3 years of relevant Night Audit experience in the hotel industry.
Hospitality qualifications preferred.
Fire Warden experience preferred.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office and Opera.
An ability to work a variety of shifts.
Strong focus and passion for hotel operations.
