O2C Rollout Manager

In your role as O2C Rollout Manager, you will play a key role in driving the transformation and standardization of Order-to-Cash processes across an international organization. You will collaborate with diverse teams, contribute to business-critical initiatives, and help shape the future of our operations.
- You will lead the successful implementation and rollout of standardized Order-to-Cash processes across multiple countries, business units, and functions.
- Together with interdisciplinary teams, you will coordinate rollout activities, align stakeholders, and ensure that project objectives, timelines, and quality standards are achieved.
- By analyzing business requirements and existing process landscapes, you will identify optimization opportunities and support the adoption of efficient and scalable O2C solutions.
- Your responsibilities will include managing risks, dependencies, and change activities while ensuring smooth transitions into new ways of working.
- Working closely with business and technology experts, you will facilitate knowledge transfer, user enablement, and sustainable process adoption across the organization.
- Through your contribution to strategic transformation initiatives, you will help create a consistent customer experience and strengthen operational excellence throughout the company
What makes us successful together
- Qualification: You hold a university degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or a comparable field.
- Experience: You have several years of professional experience in Order-to-Cash, business transformation, process management, ERP implementations, or international rollout projects.
- Know-how and skills: You possess strong project management and stakeholder management skills and have a solid understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes and process standardization.
- Nice to have: Experience with SAP transformations, shared service environments, global process harmonization initiatives, or change management methodologies would be an advantage.
- Personality: You are a proactive and structured professional who enjoys collaborating across cultures, building trustful relationships, and driving change in complex environments.
- Language skills: You communicate fluently in English and can confidently engage with international stakeholders across different organizational levels.
