OCM Manager
About the role:
We are seeking an experienced organizational change management (OCM) manager based in Dubai to lead and drive change initiatives across enterprise digital transformation programs. The OCM manager will partner with stakeholders to develop and implement change strategies, manage communications, and ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies and plans tailored to digital transformation projects
- Conduct impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, and readiness evaluations
- Design and deliver communication, training, and engagement programs to support change initiatives
- Collaborate with technical teams to align change activities with project milestones and deliverables
- Monitor adoption metrics and report on change effectiveness and ROI
- Identify and mitigate risks and resistance throughout the change lifecycle
- Coach and support senior leaders, project teams, and business units through transitions
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, organizational development, human resources, or related field
- 8–12 years of progressive experience in organizational change management roles
- Proven expertise in non-technical change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR)
- Hands-on experience supporting digital transformation initiatives and technical deployments
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and facilitation skills
- Demonstrated ability to measure and report on change adoption and success metrics
Preferred qualifications:
- Prosci or equivalent change management certification
- Experience working in the Middle East, Gulf region, or multicultural environments
- Familiarity with project management frameworks such as PMP or Prince2
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
- Experience with change management and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, SharePoint)
- Master’s degree or MBA in a relevant discipline
