OCONUS Program Manager

In coordination with the TCOM CONUS Program Management Office (PMO), direct all OCONUS phases of TCOM’s program operations in the End User’s country. The OCONUS Program Manager will reside in Saudi Arabia. Phases will include, but not be limited to, establishment of the local (foreign country) Program Office, creation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) in compliance with local laws, recruitment and management of local support staff, building of relationships with the End User Customer, oversight of in-country subcontractors to ensure the execution of TCOM’s projects in accordance with established timelines, budget tracking, quality control as well as the reporting of project status to the TCOM CONUS PMO.
