What Your Days Look Like

No two days are exactly the same, and that's what keeps things exciting. You'll be the first voice our customers hear, offering calm, clarity, and confidence when they need it most. From scheduling service calls and assisting technicians to typing, sorting, printing, and mailing, you help keep the entire operation moving smoothly.

You'll work closely with our Office Manager, jump between tasks with ease, and bring a positive, professional tone to every interaction. Customers appreciate your reassurance; our team appreciates your reliability.

Who We're Looking For

If you love helping people, communicate clearly, stay cool under pressure, and enjoy keeping things organized, we want to talk to you. Phone experience or prior CSR work is a plus, but if you have great people skills and a willingness to learn, we're happy to train you.
