Online Product Manager

Position: ONLINE PRODUCT MANAGER

Report to: Chief Strategy Officer

The role

Work with product R&D, engineers, marketing and other creatives to translate ideas into strategy and features, and follow product development from start to finish.

Responsibilities

· Work with senior product manager to create product plans and roadmaps

· Do product market research consistent with product strategy

· Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, features and end products

· Coordinate cross-functional teams

· Manage product lifecycle from planning to development and address the issues

· Preparing budgets, allocating resources, and delegating tasks

· Produce and review product requirements documents (PRD)

· Ensure products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule

· Make creative recommendations to expand product base and vision

· Suggest ways to track product use and impact on end users

Required Background & Attitude

· Education: BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field

· Background in software development and program management is preferred

· Familiarity with Agile framework

· Experience : Proven experience as a (Senior) Product Manager or similar role

· Prefer candidates with experience in education sector in designing and developing products, platforms featuring blended learning, individualized instructions, gamifications and adaptive math content

· Experience in product lifecycle management
