Onsite Manager (Pahang Based)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Take overall responsibility for the execution, coordination, and successful delivery of projects at site.
- Manage all aspects of construction, installation, testing, commissioning, safety, quality, and schedule performance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact and liaison with clients, consultants, contractors, authorities, and other key stakeholders.
- Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with contractual requirements, approved drawings, specifications, applicable standards, and HSE regulations.
- Lead and supervise site personnel, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure efficient project execution.
- Monitor project progress, manpower utilization, costs, risks, and resource allocation, and prepare regular progress reports.
- Identify project risks and implement appropriate mitigation measures to ensure project objectives are achieved.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 10–15 years of relevant experience in power generation, power transmission, renewable energy, solar, utility, or large-scale industrial projects.
- Proven experience in EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction), construction, installation, commissioning, or operations environments.
- Strong knowledge of project execution, construction management, commissioning processes, and site operations.
- Familiarity with international engineering codes, industry standards, technical specifications, and project documentation.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, coordination, communication, and reporting skills.
- Experience liaising and coordinating with Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB), government authorities, consultants, and regulatory bodies.
- Willingness to be based at project site in Pahang and travel as required by project demands.
