About AdCrest (BrandCrest Holdings)
AdCrest is the advertising vertical of BrandCrest Holdings, a Bengaluru-based group running OOH, transit, activation, influencer, and digital campaigns for enterprise brands. We're hiring a senior OOH Sales Manager to own outdoor revenue and key client relationships.
The Role
Full-time, on-site (Bengaluru). You'll drive OOH/outdoor media sales end to end, own a revenue target, build a book of brand and agency clients, and represent AdCrest in client meetings and industry forums.
Requirements
What you'll do
- Own and exceed an OOH revenue target across brand and agency clients
- Build and manage a pipeline of advertisers for outdoor, hoardings, and transit media
- Run the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, closure
- Manage key accounts as their trusted media partner and grow them
- Track market rates, inventory, and competitor activity to pitch sharper
- Work with creative and operations to deliver campaigns cleanly
What you bring
- 6-10 years in media/OOH/outdoor advertising sales
- Proven track record hitting revenue targets in media sales
- Existing relationships with brands and/or media agencies
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and account management skills
- Bachelor's degree (Marketing/Business/Communications preferred)
