Operation Manager
Job Summary
Lead and optimize operational management systems to drive cost-effective processes, improve profitability, and enhance customer service quality. Manage budgets, staff, and compliance while overseeing inventory, warehouse efficiency, and production quality.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all operations are conducted in a cost-effective and appropriate manner to support business goals
- Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Purchase materials and plan inventory to maintain optimal stock levels and support production demands
- Oversee warehouse operations to maximize efficiency and accuracy in inventory handling
- Ensure organizational processes comply with legal and regulatory requirements
- Formulate strategic and operational objectives aligned with company goals
- Analyze financial data to identify opportunities for improving profitability
- Manage budgets and forecasts to support financial planning and control
- Perform quality control checks and monitor production KPIs to maintain product standards
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff to build a skilled and motivated team
- Identify and implement initiatives to increase the quality of customer service
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Proven work experience as Operations Manager or in a similar role
- Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management principles
- Experience in budgeting and forecasting to support financial decision-making
- Familiarity with business and financial principles relevant to operational management
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration and leadership
- Demonstrated leadership ability to guide teams and drive results
- Outstanding organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field
