Operational Manager

Job Summary

Report directly to top management with regular updates on project status and milestones. Lead construction projects to timely, budget-compliant, and quality completion. Manage teams and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Report project status and key milestones regularly to top management to support informed decision-making
• Oversee construction project implementation and completion to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards
• Lead and manage professional and technical teams to plan and execute daily operations effectively
• Coordinate and collaborate with clients, consultants, authorities, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve issues and maintain smooth project progress
• Ensure all project activities comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and healthcare facility requirements to maintain legal and safety standards

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree / ITE Diploma
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing high-rise building projects, including at least 1 completed project cycle
• able to work public holidays and night shifts
