Operational Support Specialist (Logistic / Procurement)
Support for Global Procurement Activities
Key Responsibilities
Purchase Order processing (Issuance & conduct GR).
Maintenance of Element Master Data in SAP.
Admin support on maintaining MS List, MS SharePoint & Power BI Dashboard.
Admin support on Ad-hoc projects.
Assistance with contract uploads in the system.
Support with documentation of asset management.
General administrative assistance (e.g., posting documents and samples).
Skills
Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately process orders and maintain data.
Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Communication Skills: Good verbal and written English communication for collaboration with teams and suppliers.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with ERP system (preferably SAP), Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PPT, etc.) & Power BI.
Qualifications
Education: Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).
Experience: Previous experience in procurement, administration, or a related role.
Knowledge of Procurement Processes: Understanding of order processing and data management in a procurement context.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and generate reports as needed.
