Operations Analyst Intern
You will work closely with the senior MO/BO, the COO, the Sales team, the compliance team and the product team to ensure the smooth running of customer transactions. Your main role will be to manage and configure client accounts. You'll be in charge of onboarding and monitoring customer transactions, as well as ensuring that every financial entry in the ledger is properly reconciled in the company's books.
Responsibilities
- Analyze corporate clients' files (KYB/KYC) and assess their risk from a compliance point of view and perform periodic reviews
- Monitor transactions in crypto-currencies and traditional currencies to manage fraud risks and regulatory compliance risks
- Manage settlements and deliveries with liquidity partners
- Review and improve existing processes and create new ones
- Implement strategic recommendations on partnerships and customers
- Support the senior MO/BO on the project management side
Requirements
- Currently in your final year of a higher education course in management control, finance or auditing, or taking a gap year, looking for a 6-month end-of-studies internship from October 2026
- Previous successful experience of a similar internship in a consulting firm or startup in strategy, finance or marketing preferred
