About the role
The role of the Operations IT Support is to ensure CodeBlue is best placed to increase productivity and enhance profitability by ensuring the performance, availability and stability of its internal IT systems and applications. The Operations IT Support performs monitoring of alerts and backups, remote monitoring, and management of CodeBlue and CodeBlue Customer environments as per SLA’s and provides level 1 triage to issues and service requests.
Skills & experience
We are looking for someone with Operational Support experience, who has ideally previously worked in an MSP environment. Technical requirements include:
Experience in Operational Support Roles is advantageous
Strong people and customer service orientation
Knowledge of Microsoft Systems including, O365, Azure, Windows Server
Analytical/Problem solving skills
A high level of written and verbal communication skills
Customer service experience
