Operations Manager

The Operations Manager is the senior site leader responsible for the overall performance of the Clearfield manufacturing operation. The role is accountable for building and leading a safe, productive, disciplined, and performance-driven operation while ensuring customer commitments, business objectives, and operational performance goals are achieved. The Operations Manager will provide strategic and hands-on leadership to establish operational priorities, manage resources, drive production output, improve quality and delivery performance, control costs, support revenue and business planning, and lead continuous improvement initiatives across the site.
