RESPONSIBILITIES

This role serves as the central coordination point across Content, Talent Hub and key regional stakeholders. As a trusted partner, this role manages complex scheduling, handles sensitive and confidential matters with discretion, and drives the preparation of executive communications and leadership materials. The role also supports the CCTO in executing regional and strategic priorities, ensuring strong follow-through, clear visibility of initiatives, and seamless operational effectiveness.

  1. Act as the central liaison between Chief Content & Talent Officer (CCTO) and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and timely follow-through on priorities.
  2. Enable a strong rhythm of business by coordinating leadership meetings, strategic discussions, and stakeholder engagements, while managing complex, fast-moving executive schedules across competing priorities.
  3. Manage the CCTO's calendar and complex, fast-moving schedule, proactively coordinating and prioritising meetings and engagements across competing demands.
  4. Handle highly sensitive and confidential matters with a high degree of discretion, applying sound judgment in navigating shifting demands and last-minute changes.
  5. Provide executive support to the CCTO on confidential agreements by coordinating reviews, ensuring documentation integrity, stakeholder alignment, and compliance with governance processes.
  6. Coordinate and deliver high-quality executive materials, including business reviews and leadership updates, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and timeliness.
  7. Oversee office operations and workflows, including travel, claims, procurement, and documentation, ensuring confidentiality, compliance, and continuous process improvement.
  8. Support the execution of strategic and regional co-production initiatives through effective coordination, tracking, and stakeholder management.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Degree/Diploma Qualified
  • 8-12+ years of relevant experience, with significant time supporting C suite or equivalent leadership.
  • Track record of managing complex executive offices, leadership rhythms, or enterprise-level initiatives.
  • Strong experience coordinating across regions, functions, or business units.
  • Proven ability to operate with minimal supervision and high executive trust.
  • Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin, as the role will support and manage stakeholders within the Chinese Content Group.
  • Knowledge of content production will be an advantage.
