Job Summary
The Operations Manager will lead daily bakery production operations, coordinate cross-department workflows, support procurement and catering functions, and ensure efficient, timely production delivery.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily bakery factory operations to maintain consistent production flow and meet output targets
- Coordinate workflows among production, procurement, and logistics teams to optimize operational efficiency and reduce delays
- Source and procure ingredients and materials promptly to fulfill production requirements
- Monitor operational processes and independently troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and maintain quality standards
- Ensure timely delivery by effectively coordinating catering and production schedules
- Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to support seamless supply chain and production activities
Required competencies and certifications
- Hold a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Demonstrate prior experience in catering, procurement, or operations management roles
- Exhibit strong communication and coordination skills to manage cross-functional teams effectively
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced factory or production environment
