Job description
Oversee coordination with fund administrators, custodians, and third-party service providers.
Act as the key operational contact for investment teams, ensuring efficient handling of operational requests.
Coordinate with internal corporate functions including IT and corporate services.
Monitor operational workflows, track deliverables, and ensure timely execution.
Manage relationships with vendors, ensuring service quality and issue resolution.
Lead vendor onboarding processes, including due diligence and documentation.
Maintain operational controls, procedures, and documentation standards.
Track operational budgets, monitor costs, and support invoice and payment processes.
Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance operational performance.
The successful applicant
A successful operations manager should have:
- 10-13 years' experience in operations, fund operations, or investment platform support within financial services.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations, finance, or related field.
- Strong understanding of fund administration, custody operations, and outsourced service models.
- Proven experience managing third-party vendors and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, lean environment.
- Strong operational coordination, execution, and follow-through capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
