Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily manufacturing operations of solar panel production.
  

• Plan production schedules and ensure timely achievement of targets.
  

• Monitor productivity, efficiency, and cost optimization.
  

• Coordinate with Quality, Procurement, Stores, and Dispatch teams.
  

• Ensure compliance with safety norms and company policies.
  

• Control inventory, reduce wastage, and improve operational efficiency.
  

• Lead and supervise production staff and shift in-charges.
  

• Prepare MIS reports and present performance updates to management.
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Production Engineering.
  

• 5–10 years of experience in manufacturing operations (Solar / Electrical preferred).
  

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
  

• Knowledge of production planning, inventory control, and process improvement.
  

• Good analytical and reporting skills.
