Operations Manager - Plant Piping

Position Title: Operations Manager - Plant Piping Employment Type: Full Time Salary AED: up to 33,000 depending on experience and qualifications Benefits: Accommodation, meals, transportation, and a joining flight ticket (for overseas hires) Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE About the Client: A highly trusted EPC team in Abu Dhabi, with proven records of successful piping projects within the Middle East. Job Description: • Lead and manage plant piping construction activities for large-scale Oil & Gas EPC projects, ensuring safe and timely project delivery. • Oversee project execution, construction planning, manpower, subcontractors, and resource allocation while maintaining productivity and quality. • Ensure compliance with client specifications, HSE requirements, QA/QC standards, and contractual obligations throughout the project lifecycle. • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, planning, QA/QC, and client teams to achieve project milestones, budget targets, and successful project completion.

Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is required. • Minimum of 15 years of experience in plant piping projects, with a strong background in EPC/contracting and plant piping project management. • Willing to work on a site-based assignment. • GCC project experience is highly preferred, particularly on projects with ADNOC, Saudi Aramco, KNPC, KOC, or QP/NOC.
