Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee daily manufacturing operations, warehouse, and logistics activities to support production targets.
- Manage the Material Review Board (MRB) process and drive timely disposition of non-conforming materials.
- Partner with Quality, Engineering, Production, and Supply Chain teams to resolve material and operational issues.
- Monitor and report key operational KPIs, including productivity, inventory accuracy, quality, and delivery performance.
- Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions to improve operational efficiency and reduce recurring issues.
- Manage warehouse inventory, cycle counts, stock accuracy, and material movement within the manufacturing facility.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials to production and shipment of finished goods to customers.
- Lead, coach, and develop operations personnel, including performance management and workforce planning.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, cost, and operational effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) regulations, company policies, and internal controls.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, or operations management.
- At least 3 years of people management experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in electronics, server manufacturing, EMS, semiconductor, or high-tech manufacturing industries preferred.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control, warehouse operations, and material management processes.
- Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Knowledge of Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) requirements in Singapore.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
