Operations Manager (Shopping Mall)
Job Responsibilities
- Manage daily cleaning operations and ensure the shopping mall meets the required cleanliness standards.
- Plan manpower deployment, monitor staff attendance and performance, and handle manpower issues.
- Maintain good relationships with clients and handle feedback or complaints promptly.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure staff follow cleaning SOPs, safety procedures and training requirements.
- Monitor cleaning equipment, materials and operational costs, and provide hands-on support when required.
Requirements
- Experience in cleaning, facilities management, hospitality or related industries preferred.
- Experience managing cleaners or supervisors is an advantage.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Able to handle clients and resolve operational issues.
- Good planning and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to work on-site and be hands-on when required.
